Splash Resort 105E

Darlene was exceptional with communication! I just had major surgery and this was very last minute. I was able to be comfortable, in a clean environment and the whole family felt comfortable when I stayed behind. The patio chairs were a favorite. The beach is SO close to the property, the hut service was great. The lounge chairs were so convenient and comfortable and nice knowing they were the same location our entire stay. Everyone knew where to come back to. Local beach rental for entertainment including paddle boards and jet skis. The master bath was so spacious and all of us could utilize the mirror space, which is helpful with teens. Quiet condo environment. Felt safe. We will be back!

The location, cleanliness, amenities were perfect for us. Access to the beach was great. The condo had everything we needed. Darlene checked in to be sure everything was ok. We had a clogged shower drain, that was fixed right away. Was really convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Everything was great. Will stay there again!

We really enjoyed the condo and the property. We've never stayed in Florida during the winter. Loved having the heated pools and hot tub! Condo its self was very nice and very clean! Great communication with owner!

Great place well managed. This property is tops in the warmer months, but we find it a great deal in January and February when temps are cool for us Northerners. You'll find mostly Midwesterners and Canadians because of the cool temps (50s-60s) but the pool is heated and the hot tub was nice. No crowds

Love this unit! We had a great vacation and the amenities of the splash resort are great for the kids. The condo was so clean and cozy, it felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be returning!! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We seen dolphins and stingrays in the mornings.

Was a nice place. Easy to get to, and easy to get back and forth to the beach. I would stay here again.

My wife and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in Panama City Beach at 105E Splash. The condo was great every need was met. Darlene, the owner was an excellent resource. She informed us about local eateries and sites. She called us twice to inform us about hurricane Helene. I cannot say enough about her. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in a great location and excellent accommodations.

We felt right at home in this cozy condo! The resort was awesome and we loved the beach chairs included. Darlene the host was quick to respond to my messages. Parking was easy and only a short walk from the condo. We would definitely book again in the future.

Great location to relax! Beach is wonderful and having the beach chairs is great to not have to worry about taking your own down! There is everything you need in the condo. I could sit on the patio and listen to the waves 24/7. Host/Hostess there every time you need them and check in on you to make sure everything is going great and any concerns! Definitely will want to go back again!

Very clean property overlooking the gulf. The property has multiple pools. Kid friendly. Well kept and clean.

We had a great time staying the week of spring break. Being on the first floor was very convenient and the beach service included was a great plus. The condo was clean and had all the needed appliances and utensils. The balcony was lovely in the morning while having a cup of coffee with the view of the ocean and sound of the waves.

The condo was as described. Darlene was very responsive. The view from the balcony was great and the proximity to the beach was awesome. Just walk down a few steps or take the elevator right out to the pools and the beach. It was nice to have two beach chairs and umbrella every day. We would definitely return.

This was our third time to Splash. My children enjoy the pools, the beach and the condo, it's very family oriented here. PCB has much to offer, as does Splash.

Splash is so much fun! This 1st floor condo is the best location at Splash because you have the opportunity to use the stairs whenever the elevators are busy!

This was a fantastic experience for our kids. And it was so nice to stay right on the beach with everything easily accessible. The owner was very kind, made sure all questions were answered, and the process seamless! We will definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing for kids!! The room was perfect for the 3 of us and the beach was beautiful! Darlene was a great host and if we would have needed anything, she's always available! We will definitely be back!!

This was our 2nd year at Splash. We really like the location for our toddler as that area is more family oriented. Our toddler loves the lazy river and splash area. Darlene communicated with us prior to our trip and followed up after which we appreciated.

Overall stay was fantastic! The room location on the 1st floor (which in reality is the 3rd floor) made everything easier when carrying towels/toys/floats to the beach or pool. The room had everything we needed.

My family and I went to stay at Splash in Panama city beach and it was amazing! Very clean condo and Darlene the owner was great. She made sure everything was ok when we checked in, which it was perfect. Beach was beautiful as well. My kids loved all the pools and having Alvin's right across the street was very convenient for beach accessories and souvenirs. We will be back!

The condo was great! Fully stocked with all small appliances and cooking utensils, very clean, plenty of dish soap/hand soap/laundry detergent/etc. Way more than enough room for our family of 3. Loved spending time on the balcony. Great experience all around!

This condo is absolutely wonderful! Darlene's communication with us was beyond what we expected. She went above and beyond what was needed. Everything we needed in a stay as a family of five. Our little ones loved the bunk beds and we loved the privacy of the master bedroom and master bath. The condo is decorated in classy beach style. Not loud or overdone. It was super clean and had everything we needed in the way of kitchen appliances, dining and cooking necessities. Having the washer and dryer was an excellent amenity for us as well. Darlene made sure we had a few washing pods and dryer sheets for our stay, which was fantastic! Overall, the facility is great! The kids loved the pools and the entire staff is so friendly. This would be a great stay for couples and families, both older and younger!

This was the perfect rental for a family! We stayed here with our two kids ages 4 and 7 and they had the best time. The pools kept the kids entertained for hours and my husband and I could sit back and relax while being able to watch them play. The condo also has easy access to the beach and tons of attractions and restaurants near by. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

My family and I stayed for 5 days and had a great time! Thankful for the covered pools at Splash as it rained one day and the Red Tide in the gulf made it difficult to be on the beach without having coughing issues (out of the property owner's control obviously). We slept comfortably & got everything in that we wanted to do while there. The bedroom in the unit was a little small for us but no biggie since all we did was sleep & get ready there. Overall, it was a great experience!!

The room was exactly what it was supposed to be with new big screen in the living room too. Even though the weather didn't exactly cooperate we had plenty of room in this unit to keep my two girls entertained when needed. The owner was very responsive and very helpful when needed. We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect - close enough to walk if we had to… and we did. The condo was clean - looked just like the pictures. Darlene was easy to get hold of and responded quickly.

We loved our stay here. Splash Resort is an amazing location for young families. This lower level unit allows you to avoid the elevator backups that occur. We had a small, very minor issue that was no fault of the owner and she was great at communicating with us to resolve it. I have no doubt that should anything arise during your stay it would be immediately addressed. It was clean, well kept, and exactly what we needed for our week-long stay.

We had such an amazing experience, we're already planning our next trip! Darlene is great, she reached out to me shortly after booking to answer any questions, texted me on the day of arrival to see if we needed anything, and again texted us on the day we left just to make sure we were good. She gave us her cell phone number and let us know she was just a call away if we needed anything which we appreciated. The check in process was easy, the lady was super friendly, and there were plenty of luggage carts in the parking deck which made everything so much easier! Being on the first floor was great and the wait for the elevator really wasn't bad at all. The room was just amazing, it was clean, we had everything we needed, the full kitchen was awesome so we didn't have to waste time waiting for restaurants. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the beach/ocean, the view of sunset and sunrise was breath taking. The resort was great too! My kids loved the mini water park (even my 12 year old), the pools were clean, and I loved that they have grills right next to the pool so we were able to grill out, watch the kids in the pool, and view the sunset all at the same time. It was such an amazing experience all the way around and we look forward to coming back next year!

What a great vacation spot. Close to the beach, quiet, and great ocean view! Loved the first floor, barely used the elevators. Owners were quick to respond when I had a question.

It's great, Darlene was so helpful and explained everything when we spoke on the phone. The location of the condo is fabulous waking up to the beach view was amazing. Walmart, target & shopping centers were close by. We will definitely come back.

Darlene was a great host. She was super friendly and accommodating and made the entire process very stress free. The condo was roomy and well kept and the ocean view was unbeatable. We loved the ease of being on the first floor. The resort itself could definitely do with heated pools, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this condo to other families!

We had the best time on our vacation! The room provided every amenity that we could have needed! The bed was very comfortable! The kids loved the water park and pools and having beach chairs provided made it so much easier to enjoy the beach!

Our room was awesome! The owner kept us in the Loop on all aspects of the rental. Loved the Umbrella and chair set up and the pool was definitely top notch.

Check in was a breeze. Property was well kept. Great alternative vacation from our usual all-inclusive vacations in the Caribbean during the pandemic. The splash park and convenience to the beach was great for my little ones. 105E made it easy to get to and from the pool and beach because of the stairs (no elevator wait). Overall nice trip.

You could not paint a better sunset or record the sound of the ocean any better than you can from the balcony of the condo my family occupied in March of 2020! There is so much to do, the pools, the waterpark, workout room, the ocean, white sand, and the condo was perfect for my little family. Bunks for the kids, king size bed, and the sleeper sofa which was also extremely comfortable. This condo offered so much and I cannot wait to schedule and stay again!

We had a last minute change of plans as we were supposed to go on a cruise but this condo on PCB ended up being just perfect. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to in Florida and the sunsets did not disappoint. I loved that they provided two chairs and an umbrella which were already set up for you each day. The kids enjoyed having the pool and the beach at their fingertips. The condo was perfect for our little family of four and the kids loved the bunk beds and my husband and I loved having a king bed. Overall, we loved the condo and PCB and would definitely return.

To begin with, the owner of this unit, Darlene, was super accommodating and welcoming. She was very organized and let me know step by step what to expect, how to check in and things to do when we arrived. Darlene called to check on us once we arrived and settled in and again at the end to wish us well on our trip back. This was the perfect accommodation for staying at Panama City Beach with my husband and two kids. The unit was located on the 1st floor so if the elevator was too busy we had a very short few steps down the stairs to the pool and the beach. The balcony had an awesome view of the beach. The beds were extremely comfy. We were close to several eating establishments that were delicious as well - Thomas Donuts, Salty Sue's and Pier Park New York Pizza to name a few. This was our first time at Splash and we loved it. We cannot say enough great things about this unit! We will be back!!!

My Family really enjoyed staying at the Splash and the ease of getting from our condo to down to the beach. The condo was very clean and modern. Thank you, we will be staying again. :)

Property was just above the beach and so when elevators were busy (which all the time they were), you could just take the 1 flight of stairs.

This room was awesome, clean, and accurately described! Balcony has an awesome view of the ocean and is over the lazy river! The property manager Mrs. Danzig was very nice and replied to any questions or concerns quickly! The 2 beach chairs were a very nice bonus! The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable with a nice bathroom attached! The bunk beds were also comfortable and my little one loved it! The condo is on the first floor of rooms so no need to wait for the elevator if you don't want to, you still have to climb a set of stairs but very easy to do even with an armful of things! The washer and dryer worked well! The game room and workout area were also nice!
