Splash Resort 304E

Super convenient location. Not crazy busy at all considering it was spring break week. Lots of stuff for the kids to do. Awesome unit, low to the ground but not loud. Super clean!

It was a perfect size for my family. Overall, it was a great stay.

Darlene is an absolutely amazing host. She has great customer service and truly wants her guests to have the best experience possible. The apartment itself was wonderful. It has perfect ocean views. With it being on the 3rd floor, you don't have to wait for the elevator because it's only a few flights of stairs. Everything you could need was included, towels for showers, mini shower soaps, a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed cooking and eating utensils. Our young children LOVED the bunk beds and we loved the master bedroom. The brand new couch and chair were a beautiful and comfortable touch to the living room. We will, without a doubt stay at Darlene's apartment for any return trip.

We had a lovely stay at Splash. Darlene was readily available for all of our needs. The condo was a great space for my family. We would stay here again for sure!

This is a nice place for family vacation during spring break, we planned three families at three different units, so kids could hanging around and had so much fun! The weather is a little bit chilly for ocean water, room accommodations is good, just the bedding cover feels so thin for the temperature. Everything else is just fine!

Darlene was very helpful and responsive with every question we had. The checkin/checkout process was easy and concise. Condo was clean and great location on the 3rd floor. The included beach chairs and umbrellas were awesome to use. I would definitely rent from Darlene again in the future!

The property has everything you need for a nice beach getaway. Darlene was very communicative throughout our stay.

The condo was perfect for my babies. We have 7,6, & 2 year old and they had a blast. We loved being on the 3rd floor, we could use the stairs when the line was too long for the elevator.. LOOOOVED the beachfront view.... Amazing Condo... Will definitely be booking again!!!!

Absolutely perfect! Loved this room and it's location. Close to elevators, not very high and beautiful view of the beach. Was very relaxing and everything was clean and well stocked. Darlene was an absolute joy to work with and we will definitely be booking with her in the future!

This condo was immaculate and decorated very nicely. Loved the third floor location for views and easy way to avoid the elevators when they were busy. Darlene the owner was super nice and easy to work with.

The location was great and the resort itself is amazing for children! We will definitely be back! The beds were a little hard but it didn't affect the fact that we loved our stay and had a great time!

This was our first time ever staying in this condo let alone splash resort. && we loved it!! Perfect for a family with small children! It was super clean, the bunk beds were perfect for our kids, the view was amazing! The owner was so easy to talk to and stayed in touch through the vacation since we had a tropical storm coming through. Can't wait to stay here again! 10/10 recommend!

Overall was a pretty nice place to stay with a family of 2 kids they enjoyed the beach and the splash pool area plenty for them to do and keep them entertained throughout the day and a nice bar with food and drinks as well would recommend staying here

From the location to the effortless Check in/out process this condo was great. Owner was very involved from beginning even calling after we left to make sure everything was well. View was fantastic, condo very clean and stocked up on all necessities. Can't wait to contact Darlene to book another visit. Thanks

It was very nice a bit small but good for the 2 of us. Darlene was great to work with and of course Pam at check-in. Our 2nd time to stay there for our winter months in the north and will probably try and come next year.

We loved being on the 3rd floor and was able to avoid the crowded elevator. The property was nice and clean. Our 10 year old enjoyed the water park and we enjoyed the beach chairs and the awesome views from the balcony. This property is convenient to Pier Park and other local restaurants.

Excellent location on the West end and a very nice condo. We booked this last minute and couldn't have been happier with the communication from the owner and the condo itself. We will be back when we can stay longer!

Easy communication with Darlene

We were so impressed with the condo. It had everything we needed. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was perfect. The location of the condo was also perfect—still within distance of so many great restaurants but west of all the traffic that is in the heart of Panama City Beach. I would definitely come back and stay here again. I've already recommended the condo to several friends and family members. We would not change a thing about our vacation here!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and the included beach chairs was a huge bonus. Kids loved the pools and splash area and I loved it was covered to get them out of sun for a bit.

We stayed in 304E in splash resort. Its a great condo. Condo is so beautiful as exactly seen in pictures. Check in process was very simple. Darlene is a great host. Very easy to communicate with her. Our balcony has a beautiful beach view. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Kids friendly with bunk beds. Resort is nice with lazy river, splash pool and small water slides. Also has a store connected to resort which has all the needed stuff for beach vacation. Would highly recommend staying in this condo. Thank you Darlene for providing us a nice accommodation.

Darlene was great to work with. She was easy to communicate with and prompt. The condo was clean with a gorgeous view! I got to still enjoy the beach and ocean view while the boys had rest time. Our boys (8 & 4) had a blast at the splash resort pools, lazy river and water playground! The complimentary beach chairs were a wonderful addition! Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and hope to be back in the future! The pier park and Walmart are just a couple miles down the road, which was convenient.

This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Darlene was amazing to work with!! Anytime we needed her she was available to help with anything we needed. We will definitely be booking through her again next year. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Darlene was great to work with while planning my vacation, during, and after. The condo was in great condition upon arrival. Zero problems. 3rd floor is great for enjoying views, ocean sounds, and quick access to elevators. Will be checking with Darlene in future for vacations.
