Splash Resort 305E

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo was just right and the ocean view was amazing. We enjoyed the beach and chairs as well as the hot tub. Panama is my favorite getaway destination!!!!

Darlene was amazing and accomodating. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was beautiful and so clean and absolutely perfect location! The view was amazing and the amenities were awesome! It is one of the best beach rentals we have ever had and would love to come back!

I wanted to celebrate my bday on the beach with my friend and this place was perfect! As we stepped in, we could smell a clean place, all essentials provided. Darlene was kind enough to give us lots of tips and advice on what to do or where to go. I definitely will go back there with my family!

Booked last minute. Darlene and her husband were very nice & welcoming. Condo very well stocked. She was actually adding new pans, linens & towels when I arrived. Splash is a great place for kids. I love that Darlene's condo is on a lower floor making it easy to take stairs at busy times. Will definitely be staying again. Thanks Darlene

This was the perfect time to come here, it wasn't too busy and the weather was amazing! Darlene is the perfect host and so quick to fix any concerns, her communication is wonderful. We found so many beautiful shells in the ocean, great beach!

My family had a great experience staying at this listing. Darlene is thorough and helpful. Staff at Splash resort were friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would stay here again. We spent most of our time at the beach, jacuzzi and lazy river. My primary reason for booking the Splash was the kids pool area but unfortunately the water was too cold for my daughter and she wanted to be in the jacuzzi instead.

The property is perfect for families with kids. It sleeps 6 comfortably with one bedroom with a king size bed, twin bunk beds tucked away in the hallway and a double sized pull out couch that worked perfectly for this Mimi who is an early riser and didn't bother the rest of the house. Bring a blanket for that bed just like it tells you in the contract. The kids loved the pool/lazy river that is right on the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient. Owner maintained good communication and the previous reviews were accurate in that it was well stocked with all the essentials. I would definitely recommend this Unit as it is also located near all the attractions that the Panama City Beach has to offer.

The condo and resort were well taken care of and clean and the location is perfect! We could walk to our breakfast spot every morning, and we were still outside of most of the main congestion in the area. Everyone was friendly including resort staff and guests. Would definitely recommend to others!

Darlene communicated all needs prior to our arriving. Property was clean and plenty of towels. Conveniently located on 3rd floor so we opted for stairs when elevators were taking long. Rental included two beach chairs + umbrella which was easy to check in and obtain beachside. Easy to rinse sand off and dip into the nice cool pool after the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying!

Drove from Atlanta with a 2 and 5 yr old for their first beach trip. Everything was awesome at Splash and built to entertain the family. The lazy river was the most popular with them. Bunk beds also were something new and fun. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this Darlene's place last year. We had such a wonderful time that we decided to return this year. We also recommended our friends stay at Darlene's other two units at Splash. All three families had a wonderful time. The units are all very clean with all essentials. Had no issue checking in and getting very quick responses from Darlene whenever needed. Both kids and adults had a wonderful time. Definitely want to go back next year (or hopefully sooner!).

We really enjoyed our trip and a huge part of that is because the condo was so on point. It was great for our 6 year old as it had plenty of pools and the play area was perfect. It had everything we needed for a nice week. The owner was on top of things and made sure we were off to a great start. Next trip to PCB we will definitely stay here again. Maybe next time we can bring more family and stay in their larger condo in the same building.

This was by far the best condo that we have stayed at. Very clean, beds and pillows were comfy and the water pressure in the showers were great. Great view of the beach. Darlene was great. Called us before our stay to give us any information we needed and checked to make sure we got in okay. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place. Family oriented. Balcony and coffee for me and pools and splash pads for the kids. Easy process renting. Great customer service. Very comfortable adorable place to de stress a while. Absolutely loved it and will return in the future.

The property was just as listed. Super clean and an amazing view! The property owner answered all my questions and as this was my first time using Vrbo I had a lot of them!

A friend and I stayed here with our 4 children! We had the best time! Darlene is the most hands on owner I've ever dealt with! She is super nice and goes above and beyond to get things taken care of! The condo was perfect for our group! The kids loved the bunk beds and really enjoyed the Splash amenities!! Being on the 3rd floor was awesome because we could take the stairs if the elevators were packed! Also having the beach chair rentals were a lifesaver because that was one less thing we had to worry about carrying!! We will definitely be back and book with Darlene!

We LOVED the resort! It was very clean, bright, and kid friendly. My kids (4 and 7) had so much fun at the pools, we rarely left. The poolside bar and grill really surprised us because not only were the drinks good, but the food was delicious! We only used the elevator a couple of times since the unit is on the 3rd floor, but we didn't have any issues when we did use it. The unit was also decorated nicely and clean, other than sand here and there, but nothing major and nothing we haven't experienced before in beach front condos. It's very spacious and the balcony was large enough for all 4 of to enjoy meals out there. The view is amazing! The location is also great because it's not super busy but also not far from Pier Park. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking with Darlene again!

The unit is just as pictured and has everything you need while staying. The location is great and view is perfect! We enjoyed being on a lower level so we could just use the stairs. The kids loved the pools and splash park. Would definitely recommend!

We chose listed condo based on users reviews and it did not disappoint. Owner, Darlene, was very hands on and always available to answer any questions. That said we never had to contact her after we have settled as there were no issues to address. Condo was clean, tastefully decorated (but not overwhelming so) and very inviting. We felt very at home. The fact that this condo was on 3rd floor should be not be underestimated either. Though we did not experience any issues with elevators it was just so convenient to be able to use stairs instead. Included beach chair/umbrella service is also great add on. We would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay at this or any other Darlene's condos when we return to PCB!

I can't say enough good things about this property. It was super clean, the owner was great and very communicative and the location was excellent. It's only on the third floor so you don't spend a lot of time in the elevator and the entire building was up-to-date and well kept. There was a minor maintenance issue in the condo (not the owner's fault) and Darlene immediately said she would get maintenance on it. She reaches out to you before you arrive to answer any questions and was very quick to respond to messages. I am already trying to figure out when we can go back :) Quick note: This is a great location with a not-too-busy beach and near lots of great restaurants and things to do. My whole family loved it.

Although our time in the unit was short, we really enjoyed ourselves. The place was very clean and has amazing views of the gulf.

This was a beautiful condo! Very clean and perfect for our family of 5. Darlene was wonderful to work with and excellent communicator! We loved Splash and all of its amenities! Having the beach chairs included was a huge bonus! I highly recommend staying here!!

This condo was nice and exactly what we were expecting from the listing. It is furnished with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It rained the first two days we were there so the heated, covered pools were nice for the kids when we couldn't do much else. Darlene was easy to work with and very accommodating when we decided to stay an extra night. I liked the fact that it is on the third floor. It's high enough up for a great view but close enough to save you the long elevator rides also.

It was exactly as advertised. Beautiful Condo with an incredible view. We really enjoyed it.
