We will definitely stay again, so close to everything. Everything you will need in the condo for cooking. Balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Darlene was really nice and easy to deal with.

We had a great week at Calypso, 202E! The condo was beautiful and clean with everything in the kitchen at our fingertips. We loved the fact that it was so close to the beach and easy to get there. The pool was great, too. The condo is close to great eating places and Pier Park. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay there.

We had a great time in PCB! Our rental was just like the listing described!! Everything was clean and had just what we needed for our stay! Darlene even called me prior to our arrival to go over everything and answer any questions I had. Thank you for making our stay amazing!!

This property is accurately described. The owner is wonderful and open to communication. The property was well decorated and the location was perfect. The overall property was the cleanest property I have stayed with in Panama City and the staff was both helpful and friendly. I give it a 5 star rating and would love to stay at Calypso again.

I loved being able to work directly with the owner rather than a property management company. Darlene was very helpful with communications and making sure any questions I had were answered prior to our stay. I did not need to contact her during our stay as we had no issues. The unit was very clean upon arrival. Will definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean with comfy beds, soft sheets and towels, and a very well stocked kitchen. It is close to Pier Park and convenient for shopping, groceries at Walmart and Target, Urgent Care, and anything that you need. It is also within walking distance to several restaurants. The owners were available, easy to contact and very helpful. We have been coming to Panama City Beach for several years, and this is one of the best.

We stayed three nights and we were walking distance to Pier Park. The condo was perfect, 2nd floor, beach service included!! If we had our family here, lots of space for a family of 6+. Darlene and Joe was amazing helpful when we needed. The first night had no AC (weather was low 60 at night), it was fixed the next day and working great!! I'm looking forward to our next trip back to PCB and will be contacting Darlene.

This location was just as listed, and actually bigger than we expected! It was clean, plenty of starter supplies available, and communication was great! The beach chairs included were a huge bonus, and there were even some sand toys in the laundry room. The location is also perfect—so many things within walking distance.

If you're looking for something on a lower floor , look no further! The condo is nice and well maintained with comfortable furniture including the mattress in the master. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes. The beach service with the chairs is awesome. Darlene is incredibly easy to work with she responds quickly to questions, including entertainment dining recommendations!

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Darleen the owner was very easy to work with and great communication about the rental. It was the best location in the complex. too!!One floor up to the garage overpass. One floor down to the pool. We really enjoyed the beach and our stay there!! Would love to go back for sure.

This unit had everything you could need for a great trip to PCB

We had an amazing trip! This condo is perfect for a family vacation! It is with in walking distance to pier park, which was nice! And the condo was clean, spacious and on the second floor so no waiting on elevators! Darlene was amazing to work with! We can’t wait to visit again.

Condo was very clean, rooms are big enough to accommodate 6 people. View is spectacular. Great location. Only drawback was parking. Elevated on 3rd floor. I wish each condo had 2 assigned parking. Will definitely be back next year.

Great place to stay! 2nd floor made it easy access to the beach and pool. Also the location to Pier Park was great for dinner and activities for a little one.

Even though the condo had no power a few days I still enjoyed my vacation. The condo was very nice and roomy and the owners very nice to worth with. I definitely will be back.

First get away since COVID. Everything was easy from reservation, checking in, walking everywhere to great places and checking out. The second floor was great

This 2nd floor condo was awesome and the owner was wonderful to work with. It's close to Pier Park vwiyh many great restaurants.

We really enjoyed staying at Darlene and Joel's place. The property was clean and well kept and the condo was well cared for. Darlene was super easy to work with. The beach and the beach service were great. Normally I would book higher floors, but being on the second floor was nice because we could easily take the stairs down to the beach or up to the third floor bridge to the parking garage. There are several restaurants, shops and things to do within walking distance. The only thing we didn't care for about the neighborhood was the noise that came from people gunning their engines and blaring music on the main strip. Luckily once in the condo it was a non issue. We really enjoyed eating at Hook'd. It's an easy walk. The kids asked to go back after the first night we ate there. We also enjoyed Hang 5. Check out Lagoon Pontoons for jet ski dolphin tours. We saw a ton of dolphins in their natural habitat and had a blast riding the jet skis. It wasn't a tourist trap like many of the dolphin tours are. COVID-19: PCB is a pretty mixed bag when it comes to COVID precautions. If you are extremely worried about the virus, PCB probably isn't for you right now. We're pretty middle of the road - we take precautions but don't let it run our life. We spent most of our time outside, so it wasn't a big deal for us. If you are considering PCB, I would definitely put this property on your short list.

Good times

We had a great week at Darlenes place! The condo was spacious enough for our family of 5 and very clean. The location was right near Pier Park and we could walk for dinner or shopping every day. The beach chairs included were very convenient and being on the 2nd floor allowed us to avoid waiting for elevators.

We really enjoyed our stay! Darlene was very helpful and took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. The room is located near the stairs which made avoiding elevators easy in light of COVID. Parking garage bridge is on 3rd floor (room was 2nd) so not bad walk! Building located walking distance (only a few minutes) from Pier Park. Plenty of room for a family of 5!! Hope to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was perfect and you can’t beat the location! I like being able to park my car and not have to fight the traffic on the strip bc Pier Park is just a short walk away for dining, entertainment, and shopping. We were just sorry we couldn’t stay longer! Thank you Darlene for being a wonderful host!

We made a last minute decision to head South for some warm weather. Being safe was #1 on our list. We had 3 drivers who drove thru the night with our 3 grandchildren. The condo was set up perfectly for a family vacation. The view from the 2nd floor was amazing. There was no need to take the elevator as the steps were close to the pool & beach. We had groceries delivered and cooked all meals in the condo. There was plenty of room to social distance at the pool as well as the beach. Was a great way to spend Thanksgiving week. This was a last minute mini vacation and everything was excellent. The condo is clean and the location couldn’t be better. I will definitely stay here again.

Our Stay at The Calypso Unit 206 E was excellant. From making the reservation with the owner Darlene, to the check out. Darlene was very easy to contact with a quick reply. The unit was on the 2nd floor, easy access to the elevator or the steps. The Unit had everything we needed and more. Very clean. No issues at all. We highly recommend. We have never stayed in a unit were the air conditioner worked so well. With the Florida heat, which we love, a good working air is a plus. This unit was ocean front, 2nd floor and so convenient. This unit also has free Beach Service which includes 2 beach chairs and is definatley a plus. Also across the street from Pier Park. We cant wait to return again this fall.. Thanks again Darlene.

We had a wonderful stay in PCB. The condo had everything you needed for the stay. It was nice not having to wait for an elevator. Darlene was very easy to work with and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to others and we would stay here again.

Thank you Darlene for sharing your condo with us! We had a wonderful time! I was kinda hesitant about parking across the street from the condo but it was easy to get in and out of. The walk across is air condition and if raining you never get wet. Loved being on the 2nd floor. The room over looks the pool but with the door shut you do not hear the pool noise. Beds are very comfortable (even the couch bed). One day while we were there the electricity went out and when it came back on our air did not. I contacted Darlene and she was very quick in getting it fixed. The room is close to the elevator if choose. But a few steps further were the stairs and they were easy to walk up and down one flight. Easy walk to Pier Park with many restaurants to pick from. Two wooden lounges with an umbrella are included with your stay. This is a $240 savings for 6 days! I have no complaints! We hope to be back!!

This condo was so beautiful and room enough for the 6 of us! Darlene was so great helping me with all I needed to have, to get in and out of parking garage and condo. I'm not computer smart so she was a big help! I would definitely stay at her condo again. Even though it rained we still had a wonderful time! I highly recommend this condo! Loved staying at Calypso! The location is walkable to pier park, which has great restaurants and activities for kids—we rode the Ferris Wheel, a big hit with my 4-year old. The beach service was such a nice feature, I usually stay at condos where we lug all the gear to and from the beach—so nice to skip that step. Also, there’s a tiki bar on the beach! No need to pack a cooler:). And the unit is lovely, very homey and well-appointed. The owner Darlene answered my call when we had an issue with one of our parking passes and she helped us resolve it. I’ve rented many beach condos and houses before and this is the first time I’ve actually spoke to an owner. It’s clear that Darlene wants her guests to have a great experience!

Had a great time. Calypso is the closest to Pier Park. Good location for lots of walking. I had the bunk bed room and was pleasantly shocked on the comfort of the bed and the pillow was nice too. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay over spring break. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated & had all the amenities of home to make our stay comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was the perfect size for us and our 2 teenage boys. The beach chairs were a bonus and staying on the 2nd floor was the perfect location for avoiding elevators. Conveniently located close to Pier Park and lots of shops. We will definitely be renting from Darlene again, she was great to work with.

We loved it here. Took three 15 year old boys and they had a great time. Walking distance to everything you need. Great restaurants nearby. Pier park was fun for the boys to meet up with friends. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and even the pull out sofa. Darlene was always helpful with anything we needed. Will definitely stay here again. Beach chairs were definitely a bonus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Darlene's calypso unit! The location of the condo was perfect. We could easily come and go because of it being on the second floor. We were within walking distance of pier park and several local restaurants. We were right on the beach. The beach chair service provided is a definite plus. Our children enjoyed the heated pool and took advantage of swimming there until they closed it down. Darlene communicated with us the ENTIRE time and even after our amazing stay! The condo was well furnished, plenty of towels, even extra beach stuff. We highly recommend this property and will be staying here again when we come back! our rental for the week was wonderful! Super clean and roomy, with walk in closet in the master, very comfortable beds, plenty of dining space, sofa and chairs comfortable. Condo was equipped with everything you might need. The balcony view to the beach was outstanding with plenty of room. The second floor location was a big plus, and the elevator is just around the corner. The building is located within short walking distance to Pier Park, and quite a few popular bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. This is our second time with Darlene and we will definitely rent from her again when returning to Panama City Beach! She has been super helpful and was available to help us with a couple questions we had. We had a great time! Tom Young and Family

Very nice property that is adjacent to restaurants and shopping. The condo has all of the amenities of home. The beach is excellent and the pools are very clean. The owner is very attentive to making sure the renters have a good trip away from home. I will definitely consider this property on my next visit to PCB.
